When I saw the sketch on the Tilda & Co challenge blog I knew exactly which Tilda I wanted to use. I had some shimmery sticky back plastic (hmmmm… that reminds me of a tv show we all know and love) that was just the job. Tilda is coloured in using prismacolors, sansodor and paper stumps. I then used the sticky back plastic to ‘dress’ her, flat decoupage stylee. I used two different shades (have tried to show this in the photo’s) her wings have been glittered. She is mounted onto pearlesent card which I hand embossed using the Fiskars ‘ocean wave’ texture plate. The shell and starfish beads I’ve had in my stash mountain for a long time. I think they came from the Early Learning Centre, but don’t quote me on that! I used the same sticky back plastic for the final mat. I hope you like the final result. Take Care and Keep Crafting!!
